International House Nice obtained QUALIOPI in July 2021. QUALIOPI is a French quality accreditation that certifies a language school or training organisation meets a number of quality standards in every aspect of its operation. From January 2022, QUALIOPI will be compulsory for schools or companies who run State-funded programmes.
If you are dissatisfied with our services despite our efforts, please follow the steps below:
1) Let our team know you have a problem (front desk, teacher, director of studies...) so that we can resolve it.
2) You can also fill in a complaint form and give it to our staff (front desk, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org). Someone senior will get in touch with you quickly to find a solution to your problem.
3) If a satisfactory solution cannot be found, you can write to International House World Organisation
