At International House Nice, we are committed to providing the best quality to all our students. From the moment you first call us to ask for information to the day you finish your course, we always do our best to offer a high-quality experience you will never forget.

In 2022, our centre welcomed 942 international students for French as a foreign language courses. The overall satisfaction rate of our courses for all our students was 93.3%.

  • Before enrolling we will listen to your needs and give you guidance on choosing the right course. This may involve a language level test and an interview.

International House Nice obtained QUALIOPI in July 2021. QUALIOPI is a French quality accreditation that certifies a language school or training organisation meets a number of quality standards in every aspect of its operation. From January 2022, QUALIOPI will be compulsory for schools or companies who run State-funded programmes.

COMPLAINT

If you are dissatisfied with our services despite our efforts, please follow the steps below:

1) Let our team know you have a problem (front desk, teacher, director of studies...) so that we can resolve it.

2) You can also fill in a complaint form and give it to our staff (front desk, via email at info@ihnice.com). Someone senior will get in touch with you quickly to find a solution to your problem.

3) If a satisfactory solution cannot be found, you can write to International House World Organisation
