Studio

For those who prefer to be totally independent, we can provide you with fully furnished and equipped studios. A self-catered accommodation gives you flexiblity to work round your schedule and you will be able to take advantage of the central location of our studios and really enjoy the niçois night life.

Details

• The studios have been checked by our team to ensure that they are adequately equipped and comfortable.
• A description will be sent to you after completing the enrolment form.
• A studio generally includes:

- a kitchen area with a hob, cupboards, sink, fridge and sometimes a microwave and a washing machine.
- a bedroom with a single or double bed and sheets are provided.
- a bathroom area with a sink, shower and toilet.

NB : Towels are not usually provided.

Location

• The studios are usually located in the centre of Nice within walking distance to the school. Due to large demands during the summer months, studios may be further away, so you may have to take the bus for 20 minutes maximum.

Arrival

• The studios are available on the Sunday before arrival and should be vacated on the Saturday after the last class. Other arrangements can be made with agreement by the landlord.
• You are required to get in touch with your landlord about your arrival details.
• There is no transfer service for this type of accommodation. You can take a taxi or the airport bus service into the centre of town. Please find all the information about transport in our practical information section.

Deposit

• A 400 € deposit is required by the landlord on the day you arrive, and will be returned on inspection of the appartment on the last day of your stay.
• The studio should be left clean and tidy and how you found it.

We will send you details concerning your accommodation inside with the confirmation pack sent shortly after enrolment. During your stay our accommodation officer will be there to help you with any questions you may have.
