IH Nice is an
International House in France branch of the IHWO network of language learning schools. IHWO - or International House World Organization - is a network of language schools founded in 1953 by John and Brita Haycraft with the aim of providing an innovative approach to language teaching. The school teaches languages, trains teachers and executives, writes training materials and offers consultancy services. IHWO is an associate member of "EAQUALS"?, which controls the quality of language schools. A range of programmes is available, including a General French programme, preparation courses for DELF/DALF exams, and specialised courses for teenagers and older learners.
International House in France raises language education standards.
The International House schools have a joint commitment to the highest standards of education, and are determined to raise the standards of language teaching, enabling students
learning French in France to prepare for the
DELF exam, for example, at one of International House's
schools of French. The International House schools offer a wide range of courses for general and business clients, and also run courses developed to train teachers; in fact, the school's teacher training programmes are a hallmark of excellence and outstanding professionalism. IH Nice provides students with a warm welcome from day one, which is beneficial to learning, and fosters a serious but relaxed environment inside and outside of class.
International House in France is recognised by many organisations for the quality of its teaching and the success rate of its students.
