Our studios are located in the city centre and in proximity to the school. They have a lounge with a sofa bed or separate bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom. They are either for single or double use. The accommodation includes bed linen and blankets. |
Details
- The studios have been checked by our team to ensure that they are adequately equipped and comfortable.
- A description will be sent to you after completing the enrolment form.
A studio generally includes
- A kitchen area with a hob, cupboards, sink, fridge and sometimes a microwave and a washing machine.
- A bedroom with a single or double bed (sheets are provided).
- A bathroom area with a sink, shower and toilet.
- NB : Towels are not usually provided.
Location
- The studios are usually located in the centre of Nice within walking distance to the school or with an easy access by tramway. Due to high demand during the summer months, studios may be further away, so you may have to take the bus or the tram for 30 minutes maximum.
Arrival
- The studios are available on the Sunday before arrival and should be vacated on the Saturday after the last class. Other arrangements can be made with agreement by the landlord.
- You are required to get in touch with your landlord about your arrival details.
- From the airport to your studio, we have a shuttle service available for 35 euro one way.
Deposit
- A 400 euro deposit is required by the landlord on the day you arrive, and will be returned on inspection of the apartment on the last day of your stay.
- The studio should be left clean and tidy and how you found it.

We will send you details concerning your accommodation with the confirmation pack sent shortly after enrolment. During your stay our accommodation officer will be there to help you with any questions you may have. |
